1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
Standard Shipping: Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Region.
International Shipping: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore. (Please modify based on your actual service areas)
Please Note: Some remote areas or islands may not be serviceable or may incur additional fees. If an address is unserviceable, we will contact you during order processing.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order or custom-made items will have their processing time clearly stated on the product page (e.g., "This item takes 7-10 business days to produce").
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events). Notices will be posted on our website.
3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Costs
We partner with reliable international and local carriers to offer the following options:

Notes:
“Estimated Delivery Time” is calculated after the order has been shipped and is not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds apply only to Standard Shipping to Mainland China.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your parcel on our website's "Order Details" page or on the carrier's official website (e.g., SF Express, DHL, EMS).
After shipment, please monitor your email Inbox and Spam/Junk folder.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International Orders: For cross-border shipments, the destination country/region may impose import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees. These charges are the recipient's sole responsibility.
We cannot predict, control, or pay these fees on your behalf. Please check your local import regulations before purchasing.
Customs clearance delays can extend delivery time. If a package is abandoned or returned due to unpaid duties, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. To change an address, you must contact us before your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 10+ business days beyond the estimate), please first contact your local post office or carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost or severely damaged, please contact us via email immediately with your order number and the carrier's findings. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Receiving Packages: Please receive your package promptly. We recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing. If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery, take photos on the spot, and notify us immediately.
